Spencer Field *
Spencer grew up nonbinary, autistic, and ADHD in a multigenerational evangelical military family, which meant constant moves and a childhood spent mostly as the new kid. From their perspective that outsider vantage shaped everything…
They started their first business at fifteen, finished a business degree in a year, and built and sold a digital marketing company before moving into consulting and a tech executive role before turning 27.
A string of plant medicine experiences in their late 20’s pulled them out of an industry they'd come to see as harmful, and toward something simpler. They don't think a better world is a fantasy. They think it's something we build together, one deliberate choice at a time.
Today Spencer works one on one with ethical businesses, leveraging their Autistic mind and grit learned from being a military brat to bringing the structured discipline of corporate and tech into holistic, mission driven spaces that often have the heart but not the scaffolding to hold lasting traction.
A former Buddhist temple resident who views consciousness as the Ontological primitive, they teach nondual meditation and lead Detroit's Queer Gardening Network.
Spencer's portfolio is currently open to new clients.
