is the Founder of Karmic Roots Consulting, where she serves as a Strategic Wellness and Community Consultant supporting organizations, initiatives, and leaders working at the intersection of wellness, education, community engagement, and social impact. She is also the co-founder of the Entheogen Melanin Collective (EMC), a Massachusetts-based organization dedicated to expanding access to healing, education, advocacy, and culturally responsive community spaces.  A veteran, mother, educator, and community organizer, Imani's work centers on helping people move beyond survival and into deeper connection with themselves, their communities, and their purpose. Drawing from her background in wellness, leadership development, harm reduction, and grassroots organizing, she creates spaces that foster healing, empowerment, meaningful dialogue, and collective growth.  Through consulting, public speaking, and community programming, Imani is committed to building bridges across disciplines, cultures, and lived experiences while advancing a vision of healing that is relational, accessible, and rooted in community care.
