Drawing from a unique blend of clinical education, spiritual training, and lived experience, Heather’s work integrates somatic awareness, mindfulness, energy medicine, Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed practices, yoga, and spiritual formation. She is a certified Energy Medicine Practitioner and a 200-hour certified yoga teacher whose approach is rooted in compassion, authenticity, and a deep respect for the human journey.

Heather holds a Bachelor of Science in Radiation Oncology and spent more than a decade working directly with cancer patients before advancing into healthcare leadership. Her experience spans both patient care and executive healthcare consulting, giving her a distinctive ability to bridge evidence-informed wellness practices with spiritual and integrative approaches to healing and transformation.
